Richard Randolph was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and currently lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with his lovely wife Carmen. He has two children, Tiffany and Richard, II (Aaron) and three grandchildren, Gabriella, Kenton and Terence. Richard has been playing the saxophone since childhood, where his love of music began from his upbringing in the Church of God in Christ. His musical styling is inspired by multiple genres, including Gospel, Soul, and R&B; but particularly by jazz greats the likes of John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley and the list goes on, to the late great Grover Washington, the late Art Porter, Gerald Albright, Everette Harp, Kim Waters, Marion Meadows and the list goes on.
